Shipping policy

Lead Time

Almost all orders are made bespoke to order.

Most orders are made and dispatched within 10 working days of your order.

Some larger (5000 units plus) or more complex orders may take up to 16 weeks if they are made specially for you in the Far East, or require fabric to be knitted in the Far East for your order to be assembled.

For a precise estimate, please speak to us on or before placing your order. We will advise your lead time when we process your order on your email order confirmation.

Once dispatched from our UK warehouse, expect UK deliveries to take 24 to 48 hours to deliver. Shipments to overseas destinations will take longer due to customs requirements and shipping constraints.

UK Deliveries

We are delighted to offer complimentary delivery on all orders placed at or over £100. There is no minimum order and orders under £100 will be shipped with a small fee to cover our carriage costs, as follows:

Under £25 - £9.95

£25 to £49.99 - £4.95

£50 to £99.99 - £2.95

Orders may be shipped by the following carriers:

DPD
This service offers full tracking and a 1 hour predict window of when your package will be delivered, as well as options for collection from a pickup shop, or for the package to be left in a secure location of your choice. For more information, please see the DPD website or contact us.

DPD are our primary carrier for orders placed with Global Apparel.

Royal Mail

Global Apparel will ship small packages using Royal Mail's Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 services. Both services come with fully in-flight tracking, including delivery window notification on day of delivery.

Freight

Larger deliveries, including pallets, will be sent as freight. We use a variety of freight providers to deliver our items across Great Britain, depending on the destination and routing.

International Deliveries & Northern Ireland

Orders outside of Great Britain will have delivery charged at the cost to us. For a quote on delivery, please contact us before placing your order.

DHL Express

All international deliveries of less than 50kg will be sent using DHL Express, using either air or road depending on the destination and routing.

Freight

Larger international deliveries, including pallets, will be sent as freight. We use a variety of freight providers to deliver our items globally, depending on the destination and routing.
