Garment Design Service FAQs

Do I need a finished design to get started?
No — we can work from a rough sketch, a reference garment, or a written description. Our design team will help you refine and formalise the brief during your initial consultation.
How many revisions are included?
Amendments are included at the sample stage as standard. You can adjust fit, colour, fabric, or construction details before we move to production. Significant redesigns may incur additional costs, which we'll discuss upfront.
What is a tech pack and do I receive one?
A tech pack is a comprehensive specification document including technical sketches, measurements, fabric and trim details, and construction notes. Yes — you receive this as part of the design process.
Can I use this service without going into production with you?
Yes. The design and pattern development service is available on a standalone basis. The tech pack and pattern files are yours to use with any manufacturer.
How long does the design process take?
Typically 2–4 weeks from brief to physical sample, depending on the complexity of the garment and revision requirements. We'll give you a specific timeline at consultation.
