Looking to order Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers for your brand? At Global Apparel Manufacturing, we are your perfect partner for high-quality DTF printing. With the latest DTF technology, we can handle both long and short-run printing, making it easy to add crisp, vibrant graphics to your garments.
Simply share your artwork with us and we'll check it's high enough quality for printing. Once approved, we print to your requested size and ship your DTF transfers within 1–2 working days of approval.
You can then easily apply your prints using a heat press, or at home using an iron — following the instructions on the packet. If you'd prefer us to apply the transfers as part of a production run, we can arrange that too.

Direct to Film Print Transfers FAQs
What is a Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfer?
DTF is a print process where your design is printed onto a special film and then heat-transferred onto a garment. It produces highly detailed, full-colour prints that bond directly to the fabric fibres
What file format do I need to provide?
We accept high-resolution artwork in AI, EPS, PDF, or PNG format (300dpi minimum). For best results, artwork should have a transparent background.
What fabrics can DTF transfers be applied to?
DTF transfers work on most fabric types including 100% cotton, polyester, and cotton-poly blends. They are not recommended for waterproof or heavily textured fabrics.
How durable are DTF transfers through washing?
DTF transfers are highly durable when applied correctly. We recommend washing inside-out at 30–40°C and avoiding tumble drying where possible.
Can I order transfers to apply myself?
Yes — we supply finished DTF transfer sheets ready for heat pressing. You'll need a heat press to apply them, or you can use an iron at home.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities apply and vary based on transfer size and complexity. Contact us with your artwork and quantities for a quote.
