This counterfeit goods policy outlines our approach to preventing, identifying and mitigating the risks associated with counterfeit goods within our supply chain and operations.

This policy applies to all employees, suppliers and partners involved in the manufacturing and distribution of goods by Global Apparel Manufacturing (UK) Limited and covers all materials, components and products supplied to or by Global Apparel Manufacturing (UK) Limited.

Definitions:

Counterfeit Goods: Any product, components, material or documentation that is falsely represented as genuine.

Global Apparel Manufacturing (UK) Limited prohibits the use, purchase or distribution of counterfeit goods. All employees and suppliers are required to adhere to this policy to ensure that counterfeit goods do not enter the supply chain.

Responsibilities

Employees: All employees are responsible for adhering to this policy and reporting and suspected counterfeit goods immediately.

Suppliers: Suppliers must establish and maintain effective controls to prevent counterfeit goods from entering their supply chains, and upon request, provide complete traceability of all products and components All goods supplied to Global Apparel Manufacturing (UK) Limited must be genuine, comply with applicable legal regulatory requirements and meet the relevant industry standards.

Continuous Improvement

Global Apparel Manufacturing (UK) Limited is committed to the ongoing improvement of the measures to prevent counterfeit goods entering the supply chain. This policy will be regularly reviewed to ensure continued full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Supplier control, inspections, identified counterfeits, corrective actions and training are all maintained in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
