From the moment you get in touch, we manage every stage — keeping you informed and in control throughout.
01 - Customer Brief
Fill out our intake form to give us an overview of the products you need — quantities, styles, and budget guidance.
02 - Consultation
We sit down (in person or remotely) to discuss your design ideas, volume requirements, and timeline in detail.
03 - Fabric & Design
We assist with fabric, colour, and trim selection — then create a fully graded pattern and produce a physical sample.
04 - Sample Review
You review the sample and request any adjustments to fit, colour, fabric, or design before we move to production.
05 - Production
Garments are manufactured at our UK, European, or Asian facility — selected based on your brief, timeline, and volume.
06 - QC & Delivery
Every piece passes quality control at our UK facility, then is dispatched via tracked carrier directly to your door.
